This Month's featured deal was submitted by Coti Williams & Sabrina Lawrence at Business Funding Solutions in Lake Elsinore, CA. The customer was a stone landscaping company that needed some working capital to get started on a handful of spring projects. The brokers submitted the complete transaction information on Monday, March 26th. Dakota was able to approve, verify, inspect, doc, and fund the deal by Thursday, March 29th.

We like this transaction because it is a great example of how Dakota's program was able to meet the customer's needs in a time-frame and at a price that made sense for their business.
